Aware of such changes, Niplan Engenharia has been investing in its IT infrastructure, both at its HQ and at the working sites, making available the on line access to applications and easing the communication through corporate collaboration softwares.

Currently, the IT department is working in the introduction of a Data Warehouse concept-based information system which will result in managerial reports that will bring accurate and highly reliable information on the business, supporting the managers’ decision making process; the second step will be the base for the introduction of a BI (Business Intelligence) system.
