Building a professional

The “Building a professional” project is a Niplan Engenharia non-profit social project run along with the Rotary Club Norte and the Escola Senai, idealized by its CEO Mr. Paulo Nishimura. It was conceived from the awareness of the need to provide an opportunity to young people from communities in need, mostly from the North area of the city of São Paulo, who will benefit from this project learning a profession and to be citizens, thus easing their inclusion in the work market.

The name chosen for the project arises from the belief that its participants will have the opportunity, by learning a profession, to build a better future for themselves and their families. We see education as the base of a transformation process of a nation, because it makes it possible the improvement of both mankind and the society they live in.

Through this initiative we are confident that we are contributing to the enhancement and aggrandizement of our country.

TARGET PUBLIC

The project is addressed to young people aged 17 to 24 years who have concluded or are seniors at public high schools.
