The Trainee Program is aimed to identify, integrate and develop young talents who are looking for challenges, development opportunities, professional ability and a sound career, besides offering special internal experiences.

Our main purpose is to prepare young talents, newly graduated and individuals starting their careers who, featured by their high potential and challenge desire, may fill key, technical or managerial positions, thus furnishing the demand of qualified professionals,  prepared for suture strategies within our organization.
