Grupo Niplan work philosophy is to attract collaborators committed and creative in the most different cultures. The company promotes programs and responsibly contributes to its collaborators’ professional development, aiming to commit them to the company, in order to obtain great results in the process.
Niplan considers that, in order to continue being successful it is very important in the performance, attitude, commitment, loyalty, creativity, and training, among other items.
Based on this work philosophy, it develops Training Programs in Safety at the workplace, Labor Medicine, Quality Management Programs, as well as Specific Training Programs at Strategic, Tactical and Operational levels.
All our collaborators are evaluated on annual basis; newly hired undergo the evaluation within the first 90-day period, during which both levels fill the evaluation.
Quarterly, we run Opinion Surveys (Talk to HR Program) along with our collaborators in the works, in order to measure the satisfaction level in 10 queries. Besides the Talk to HR, on annual basis, one runs the Organizational Atmosphere Survey, where the results on the 03 (three) company levels are measured. This means that all our professionals are granted the opportunity to construct, along with us the workplace they want for themselves, evaluating the company and always helping in the action plans for the continued improvement in our processes.
