Over the last years, the People Management Department has been improving its Research Policies in Internal Satisfaction Atmosphere.
We highlight that we have elaborated a specific policy aimed to measure the satisfaction of collaborators involved in the HR, Information Technology and Work administration processes. Each edition of Niplan’s Internal Magazine presents the results that therefore become transparent to everybody.
