Ethics Code / Policies
Niplan’s Ethics Code defines the behavior expected from all our collaborators, outsourced and suppliers, enrolling their actions into moral and integrity. It applies to all Niplan’s collaborators and officers, as well as to the service providers that use the company’s resources.
One should fulfill the conduct rules, at the administrative units, at the working fronts, at construction sites, lodgings, dominium range and access streets, as well as those listed here below:
- Working places - HQ and working sites
- Law fulfillment
- External relationship
- Use of the company’s resources
- Social Responsibility
The Code expects also actions in case of Transgression (Breakage) and Penalties, in which one will be evaluated by a Committee, according to the event severity.
